Marble Surface
Sueted simplifies last mile delivery and returns for online fashion shoppers by aggregating customer deliveries from multiple retailers and providing premium mobile fitting rooms at the point of delivery, thereby eliminating shoppers' return journey and minimising retailer return windows.
By reducing return rates by around 50% and reducing return windows by more than 96%, we proposed an increase in operating profit by up to 20%.

We also offered cross-selling opportunities at the point of delivery. This is something that cannot be achieved through existing delivery options.

How do we check if this could be an attractive opportunity for investors?

Market Opp.JPG

The market potential seemed large enough and worth pursuing, so we continued to explore this opportunity. The following map shows how we imagined the customer's journey / experience would look like. We identified three key players here: the online shopper, the retailer, and the delivery driver. This discovery fed into our persona map and business model.

User Research / MVP:

Once the initial concept was designed, we designed an initial MVP in form of an explainer video and carried out further user research to get feedback from the users and our analysis of the results showed that there was a market for this product. So we went a step further and completed a pilot where we had people sign up for a trial run and we drove around central London, sharing the Sueted experience with users. Some of the feedback we received following the research are as follows:

Once we had completed this exercise, we went further and gathered more feedback from retailers and once the data we had showed that there was sufficient demand for this, we went on to analyse what the competitors are doing.

And we identified 3 customer types / segments

This enabled us to set some initial high-level objectives and key results and create a business case based on preliminary financial projections
